John Smith was high on our list. First seen as the support act for the Milk Carton Kids and then a few more times when he was in the Netherlands. John was on his way to Germany for a tour and wanted to stop for a concert with us. That was quite an undertaking due to trains that no longer ran and long taxi rides, but we succeeded. It was a very nice show. John has a very nice, warm voice and plays the guitar incredibly easily and beautifully.
